We had fabulous 5 days with my family in st petersburg we visited the most beautiful and amazing historical place in the city with our tourist guide Ntalia she is amazing knowledgeable person with very good English language and accent with clear information even with small details and she is so patient and friendly with kids my kids love her so much I hope if I booked her for whole my trip but sure this is not my last visit to St petersburg I will come again and again and really I advice tourist to have Natalie for their trip and visit this charming city with beautiful weather this time of year

We had just two days to make the most of our visit to St Petersburg. We looked at a number of tour options and various alternative guides, and after careful consideration chose Natalia. From the outset she was helpful and engaging. She worked with us to provide a unique tour that covered what we wanted to do, and not just the usual “must sees” on offer from several other tour organisations. Natalia quickly came on to our wavelength, she was flexible and helpful with several additional suggestions that were in line with our requirements. Additionally she offered the services of a driver which really maximised the use of our time. There was no need to waste time looking for car parks, and we were able to be dropped off in one area and picked up in another without any need for backtracking etc.. All for little more than other guides not offering this service. Natalia herself was delightful, very friendly and knowledgable. She provided useful and interesting dialogue on the sites visited without overloading us in any way with superfluous information. Over two delightful days in amazing St Petersburg we went away feeling that we had enjoyed a wonderful experience and made a lovely Russian friend.
