Tour Description

Our visa free shore excursion is designed specially for cruise passengers. Booking a such shore tour with us you get a unique chance to visit Russia without the Russian visa. Our 2-days package includes all the main highlights of St. Petersburg. Moreover, you will get a lot of insider knowledge from out professional private guide team.

On Day 1, you will mainly spend your time within St. Petersburg city center. You will have a panoramic city tour with multiple stops. During the stops you’ll have a great chance to take impressive shots of the historical sites, and learn more about them from your tour guide. The tour includes an inside guided tours to The State Hermitage, The Church on the Spilled Blood, and St. Isaac’s Cathedral.

On Day 2 of your visa free shore excursion you will go to the countryside museums. The first highlight of the trip is a visit to the famous Catherine Palace. Beside magnificat room decorated with gold, you will see The Amber Room and learn its mysterious story. The next stop is Peterhof Royal residence, where you will go after a lunch break. The tour covers the most famous sites of The Lower Garden

While on our visa free shore excursion, be attentive with you passports and ship cards. A little travel bag or purse are perfect for caring your valuables. You will be provided with a car, so big bags and backpacks can be safely left in the car during museum inside tours.

We had just two days to make the most of our visit to St Petersburg. We looked at a number of tour options and various alternative guides, and after careful consideration chose Natalia. From the outset she was helpful and engaging. She worked with us to provide a unique tour that covered what we wanted to do, and not just the usual “must sees” on offer from several other tour organisations. Natalia quickly came on to our wavelength, she was flexible and helpful with several additional suggestions that were in line with our requirements. Additionally she offered the services of a driver which really maximised the use of our time. There was no need to waste time looking for car parks, and we were able to be dropped off in one area and picked up in another without any need for backtracking etc.. All for little more than other guides not offering this service. Natalia herself was delightful, very friendly and knowledgable. She provided useful and interesting dialogue on the sites visited without overloading us in any way with superfluous information. Over two delightful days in amazing St Petersburg we went away feeling that we had enjoyed a wonderful experience and made a lovely Russian friend.
